MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Verterra Energy, Inc. is pleased to announce that Kevin Greiber has joined our Advisory Board. His expertise in new to market product introduction, within three different Fortune 150 companies, brings important perspectives to Verterra as it continues to commercialize its MHP (modular hydro power) technology Volturnus.
Kevin worked at Cummins Power Generation as the Product Management and Planning Manager for its Global Energy Solutions Projects Business where he recruited and managed team responsible for planning and delivery of new waste to energy offerings, bringing a great understanding of team building in the energy space.
Recently, Kevin has served a variety of roles at Honeywell, including Director of Global Offering Management for Honeywell’s Building Management Products, focusing on connected systems and edge analytics. Prior to that he was the Director of Global Connected Service where he was responsible for the operational transformation of Honeywell’s Global Service business from a traditional scheduled based business to Internet of Things software and analytics based “Connected Service” business.
In all roles, a key deliverable was to focus on customer value to enable both new and conversion sales, service operations, tech support and training.
Verterra was founded in 2010 with a mission to harness the power of flowing water in rivers, oceans and canals to produce abundant clean, reliable power for all the world’s people.
Volturnus is a simple and elegant device that, when submerged in moving water, generates electricity. When deployed in “V-Pods” of 5, they create scalable power from 50 kW to multi- MW arrays.
