Myra is an attorney with deep background in rapidly growing, high-profile, successful Silicon Valley startups. Wide-ranging legal experience, including venture funding, patent and trademark strategy, licensing deals, strategic partnerships, contract negotiation, dispute resolution, litigation, regulatory approvals, employment issues and, in general, legal issues faced by high-growth startups. International communications experience includes direct media relations, corporate image and reputation, worldwide product launches, executive media training and crisis communications.

She is currently General Counsel at Impossible Foods, a venture-funded company bringing 100% plant-based ground beef to market. Previously she worked at Tesla Motors with roles ranging from Associate General Counsel to Director of Communications EMEA in London.
